This dive bar is usually active on weekends. Great for hanging with friends late nights in dtla. The staff are friendly and make brilliant drinks, but also taco stand on patio. I ordered a mocktail pineapple drink and a mezcal margarita. The bar tender gave warm service and awesome drinks. Went to the patio for tacos, only pork and beef available. Tortilla mad with corn, slightly thicker but still a nice snack in between drinks. Layer of flavors, mild house salsa and juicy tacos. Definitely order the tacos if you're not vegan and drinking. There's live entertainment some nights and spacious with nonslip floors. Restrooms located next to bar.
No cover charge. Honestly the place is great. Great music, drinks, and vibes but unfortunately a hot spot for phone thieves. Restrooms are slightly dirty. Cocktails are well done and if you're looking to dance this is the spot. Food seems good quality but they don't seem to be open regularly from the times that I have been there. Service is quick and the bartenders know their stuff.
This has been one of my favorite spots to enjoy a good drink, they have the best selection of Mezcal and Tequila, the music is also on point to sit and relax. The customer service is great very friendly and professional staff, Thank you Isaac.
This place is my go to every-time im in LA! Something about the ambiance, the drinks, the vibe, I just love it all! It does get packed at night so arrive early! They have amazing happy hour! Great service and good times every time.
Love the culture of this place. They play really good live music. If your ears are sensitive to sound it will be loud since the place is a smaller building. I ordered tacos and they were delicious. They have some vodka, a wide range of Tequila and beer. We didn't see whiskey. My friends said the drinks were fire!
Came back earlier this time and noticed a difference in their cocktails. The Sandita was sweet but fresh and flavorful. I can't remember the name of my second drink, think it started with V..Vencita? Idk...anyways it had tequila, lime and cucumber in it. Same fresh taste, felt like I was drinking an agua fresca. Loved it. The DTLA has a kitchen in the back patio area - we ordered the chicharrones with guacamole plate & man it was the PERFECT botana. 100/10. Must try! Music is always solid here, great for non stop dancing.
Fun place for drinks and dancing. This place gets packed but the bartender was quick to take our order. They have specialty cocktails and tons of tequila options. The place is small but has a couple booths and a small space to dance or stand to hang around. They also had tacos available for food off to the side too. Your best bet for parking is paying to park at a lot or Uber since it's in DTLA.
